JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for someone who has experience dealing with telephone, email and face-to-face customer enquiries.
You must be a well organised person, used to working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
You must be able to use Microsoft Word etc.

The successful candidate will be able to:
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Positive friendly attitude to assisting customers enquiries by phone, email and face to face
  • Make proactive calls to customers to update them on the progress of their vehicles 
  • Booking customer vehicles into the department for work to be carried out 
  • Liaising with the workshop 
  • Ordering parts and negotiate prices with suppliers 
  • Informing customers of the progress of the vehicle
  • Knowledge of monthly accounts i.e PO’s / sales / purchase invoices 
  • Use of garage management software 
  • Using Microsoft office especially word, excel and outlook
