We are looking for someone who has experience dealing with telephone, email and face-to-face customer enquiries.
You must be a well organised person, used to working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail. You must be able to use Microsoft Word etc.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Provide excellent customer service
Positive friendly attitude to assisting customers enquiries by phone, email and face to face
Make proactive calls to customers to update them on the progress of their vehicles
Booking customer vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
Liaising with the workshop
Ordering parts and negotiate prices with suppliers
Informing customers of the progress of the vehicle
